Refund Policy

We take responsibilities for any wrong shipment, missing items and any other mistakes due to us. But we do not accept any other than quality issues return and exchange. We promise to pack carefully, but because all goods are taking long journey to destinations, simple damages to packaging may occur. Any damages not causing internal goods quality problems are not allowed to return. If you open the package and any quality problem is found, please contact customer service within three days after receipt of goods.
